CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Your membership
Memberships to the Identity Declaration™ Collective and Reconstructing Reality™ are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account: log in at tajanamanjoo.com, open your account and select cancel. You can also email connect@tajanamanjoo.com and we will cancel it for you.

Access after cancelling
When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of your current paid month. For example, if you cancel five days before your renewal date, you keep full access for those five days. If you cancel at the start of your month, you keep access for the rest of that month. No further payments are taken after you cancel.

Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time. Access to the member area, community chat and recordings begins immediately after purchase, so at checkout you agree that your access starts straight away and that your right to cancel within 14 days ends once access begins.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a service is not provided as described, please contact us and we will make it right.
